Established in 2019, Palatial has evolved into a specialised Project Advisory practice supported by Interior Architecture expertise, serving significant residential, development, hospitality, and commercial projects.
Palatial was established on the belief that exceptional outcomes depend not only on creative vision, but also on informed decisions, clear communication, reliable follow-through, and professional guidance throughout the project experience.
The practice is led by Tania Bastiaans, whose approach combines detailed interior thinking, direct client engagement, and an understanding of how project decisions influence functionality, construction, and the long-term experience of a property.
Clients work directly with me throughout the agreed appointment, creating continuity from the initial understanding of the brief through each relevant project stage. This ensures that decisions remain connected to the wider vision rather than being approached as isolated choices.

Each appointment is shaped around the project’s scale, context, stage, intended users, and long-term objectives. Our involvement may range from an independent Project Advisory appointment to early interior direction or a complete Interior Architecture commission.
